He brings more than 30 years of experience in IT operations, customer service, project management, and digital transformation. As a director, authorised signatory, and site lead, he has built, transformed, and led national and international IT and service organisations. His focus is on efficiency gains through automation, cloud migration, and agile processes. At Lysis, Ralf combines operational experience, entrepreneurial thinking, and strategic foresight. He makes sure digital solutions aren't just technically possible, but create real value in everyday business.
Steve Breunig is a co-shareholder and managing director of heilsberg lysis GmbH. He is a systems and AI architect with more than 25 years of experience in development and IT operations for complex applications. At Lysis, Steve is responsible for developing the LysisAI Digital Solutions Platform and for the technical implementation of custom customer solutions. He structures requirements and turns them efficiently into reliably working systems. His focus is on fast delivery through AI-supported development and seamless integration into existing workflows. What matters most is that solutions don't just work technically, but can be relied on in everyday use.
The heilsberg lysis GmbH was founded by Heilsberg GmbH, a company owned by Enrico and Luk Heilsberg. Operational management is handled by Ralf Jahnke and Steve Breunig.
